Registration Fees

Remarks: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or regular), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.

Residents: *During the registration process you will required to upload a copy of certificate from your Head of Department, confirming your training period.

Registration fees include:

• Participation in the course sessions
• Congress Materials
• Coffee breaks
• Welcome reception on Friday, 26 September
• Certificate of attendance

Cancellations and refunds

Refunds will apply in case of cancellation. Cancellations received before July 1st, 2025, will have a penalty of 50€ for administration fees, after this date the penalty will be 100% of the expenses. All cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the Technical Secretariat: secretariat@hpb2025.com.

Method of payments

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:
